| LJ science webgroup? |
[Apr. 15th, 2010|07:53 pm] |
Hi guys! I had an idea not too long ago about how we could use this group, and others like it, to create something awesome! (Now, keep in mind that I'm kind of an LJ newbie, so if something like this exists, smack me with a wet fish or something). What if we could create an interactive webring of sorts by joining forces with other groups devoted to our favorite scientists? I took a quick look around, and while there is our group (whoop, Sagan!) and a Richard Dawkins group, that one looks pretty inactive (for shame!) But if we could find active fan groups, maybe we could ask them to join into a larger club devoted to these cool scientists and their accomplishments! I kinda want to create one for Jacob Bronowski (see my journal post here ladydarigan.livejournal.com/1623.html) but again, this is just one of my crazy ideas. Does anyone else think this would be a fun/feasible/foolhardy thing to try? |

it is totally ready to receive all of your carl sagan/cosmos/anything-with-stars-in-it work! the gallery is really lonely right now, but you know... with your help.... |
